Earlier this year Effect Audio introduced their Signature Series and now they are upgrading these cables with fancier feature. The first generation was already equipped with Con-X by default and now buyers can choose to avail these cables in two more trims. They retain everything of the OG cable but are different at the jack end.
- first upgrade version is “Versatility”. It brings the Term-X with it and the 2.5mm, 3.5mm and 4.4mm terminations are provided in the packaging. This brings unparalleled compatibility with this.
2. The “Performance” version swaps the Rhodium plated brass plugs with a premium Pentaconn OFC 4.4mm termination that is durable, long lasting and resistant to corrosion. The technologically advanced oxygen free copper material offers a smoother more polished mid range and vocals for a soulful musical experience.
These upgrades sound interesting and both of them charge a premium of $80 over the standard. Both the versions are up for sale and can be selected from the drop down menu on the product pages.
