Moondrop is back with another ambitious design, the May. At face value, it offers a dual-driver hybrid setup in the form of a 10mm Sapphire-plated dynamic driver alongside a 6mm planar magnetic tweeter.
However, that’s not all, as the earphones come with a cable with in-built Type-C DAC/AMP alongside DSP correction. This permits high-quality audio without the need for an external source device and the use of EQ presets with Moondrop’s Link 2.0 application.
