UK-based audio brand Q Acoustics are proud to announce their latest line of speakers, the new 5000 stereo and home cinema loudspeaker series. These models showcase advancements in driver design, sporting the leading-edge C3 Continuous Curved Cone profile for the mid/woofer driver. In addition, the 5000 series will inherit the innovative cabinet and driver tech from the company’s flagship Concept range, bringing bleeding edge advancement down to a more palatable price.
All speakers sport a contemporary design with dark acrylic baffle alongside a brand-new housing design with a hermetically sealed tweeter chamber. Poing-to-point internal bracing stiffens the cabinet to reduce low-frequency vibrations while Helmholtz Pressure Equalisers reduce internal pressure and standing waves exclusively on the 5040 and 5050 models.
